Request Account Deletion

Submit this form to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from Darbak. Once processed, your profile, order history, and personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your profile information, saved addresses, order/ride history, uploaded documents and photos, and any linked payment details on file with us.

What we may retain

Transaction records we are legally required to keep for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes will be retained for the period required by law, then deleted.
